First call
We get to know your project, scope the work and agree on success criteria for the prototype. No strings attached.
Prototype
We build a working prototype within days to weeks. You watch the progress live in your dashboard.
Decision
You decide freely: continue the mandate or not. If you stop, you owe nothing — the prototype stays with us.
Mandate
If you continue, the prototype effort becomes due immediately. From there on all further hours are billed monthly.
Hourly rates
Transparent rates, no hidden flat fees
We bill the hours actually spent — by activity, not by person. Every entry is visible in your dashboard. Our hourly rates are in the upper market range. Through targeted use of AI, we deliver output per hour that is 5 to 20 times higher than traditional approaches, depending on complexity.
All rates in CHF, excl. VAT. As of 2026. Travel and administrative time are billed at cost.
Payment terms
Clearly defined, fair for both sides
Prototype
During the prototype phase you incur no cost. Once the mandate is signed, the full prototype effort is invoiced in one first invoice, due immediately.
Ongoing work
All further hours are invoiced at the beginning of each month for the previous month. Payment terms: 14 days net.
Full transparency
Every time entry, every receipt, every expense is visible in your dashboard at any time — before the invoice arrives.
Usage cost
AI & cloud — you only pay for what's actually used
The software we deliver has no fixed subscription fees. During operation (and partly already during development), costs arise for AI models and cloud infrastructure. Together with you, we define transparent costs per action and result. We guarantee to always work with the best premium AI models and to continuously optimize — all trackable in your dashboard.
AI usage
Every call to a language or image model is captured automatically — per model, token and purpose. You see at any time what your AI workflows currently cost.
Cloud infrastructure
Hosting, database, storage and bandwidth are billed by actual consumption. We pick providers so you can scale freely, without being forced into fixed bundles.
Monthly settlement
Every usage item appears live in your dashboard and is settled at month-end alongside the worked hours in a single, clearly itemised invoice.
